Due to the consumable nature of our tobacco and cigar products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstance.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lounge611@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.
